Vehicle Inspection Before Pickup

Before every trip, Mui Ne Private Car performs a complete vehicle inspection to ensure your journey is safe and comfortable. Our team carefully checks the cleanliness of the vehicle, air-conditioning system, seat belts, tires, lights, brakes, and overall vehicle condition. Only after passing these final inspections will the vehicle be dispatched for pickup.

Pickup Process

Upon arrival at your hotel, homestay, villa, or private address, our driver will greet you, confirm your booking details, and assist with loading your luggage into the vehicle. Before departure, we double-check that all personal belongings have been collected so nothing is accidentally left behind.

II. During Your Journey

Once everyone is comfortably seated, your private transfer begins. Our experienced drivers choose the safest and most efficient route while allowing flexible stops for rest breaks, meals, coffee, sightseeing, or photographs whenever requested. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating, and complimentary bottled water to ensure a relaxing long-distance journey.

III. Arrival & Payment

Upon arrival at your destination, our driver will carefully unload all luggage and allow you enough time to check the vehicle for personal belongings such as phones, passports, wallets, cameras, or other valuables before ending the trip.

If your transfer has already been paid in full, your journey is complete. If you have only paid a deposit, or reserved your transfer without advance payment, the remaining balance can be settled directly with the driver after the service has been completed.

If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to offer the driver a small tip or lucky money as a gesture of appreciation. Tipping is completely optional and is never expected.
